Thoughts for Steve
I post this with Steve Hosker's permission. Steve received a real "kick in the teeth" yesterday and was admitted to MA General for what could turn out to be a long- term battle and recovery. I'm sure Steve could use the good wishes of his friends and fellow racers. As you may know, Steve lives in the cellular dark ages- but you can get in touch with him through Facebook Messenger. I'll post more info as requested and appropriate.

Re: Thoughts for Steve
Hi Everyone,
I stopped in the Hospital to see Steve this afternoon. This is his second session at the MGH .
Overall he looked good, and his spirits are high.
He reminded me of a Buddhist monk with his shaved head and with stubbies growing.
We chatted for a while and watched a video of the Mt. Washington run which he was hoping to participate this year. Its on his list to do but he's not planning to set any records if able to run.
He misses the COM events and everybody in the club. He showed me many of the cards that everybody has sent him with words of encouragement. He appreciates the thoughtful consideration and I know that this is a ' BIG LIFT " for him. ( no pun intended) The big card from Butch with all the signatures appears to be a prize possession and taped on the mirror.
Steve plans to be there there a while longer while getting treatment but told me he would like to stop by at the last event in NH.
Anyway, Keeps the cards flowing for a great guy. His updated information is below.
