Feeler: 98 M-Roadster Track Car

I'm considering parting with my M-Roadster track car that's been in my garage for a while now as I slowly build it up for track days and fun weekends - plan was always to keep it street legal but its a sound platform for anyone wanting to build it up further. I was considering a price of $11k and wanted to gauge interest or get a sense for what its worth given its history/build-up, etc. I'm seriously considering a FF 818 build, and would use a portion of the sale to fund those efforts.
Here's a list of what's been done, prep status:
General Details and Interior
98 M-Roadster - Estoril Blue, 100k miles (NH Salvage Title)
Completely stripped interior
Bimarco race seats, custom floor mounted brackets
Hard dog race bar with 6-pt Sepelts
Aluminized panel (aircraft panels) floorboards for weight savings
Custom center console w/gauge cluster, electrical cutoff, and toggles for fans/gauge cluster
Sparco steering wheel and hub
New vert top
Engine
Largely stock s52 engine
Turner Motorsports pulley kit
Aluminum radiator
A/C Removed
Silicon hoses
Suspension - BC Racing Coilovers, otherwise stock for now. No subframe issues but has not been reinforced yet.
