Friend of a friend is looking for a MIata. She drove the MIata I sold 5 years ago this summer, and was smitten...

Looking to spend around $ 3000. Year not important ( 1.6s welcome to apply!) prefer stick, no major work needed, otherwise pretty open to anything. No ratted out track cars please.

PM me at tjc9909 at msn dot com

Jamie is selling his light blue 1990 Miata. High mileage chassis, but low mileage 1.8 swap. It does have a roll bar- but is otherwise a street car. Includes mounted studded snow tires.
$1500 without hard top $2100 with hardtop.

Agree unless it's a rust bucket.

Rocker rust in front of the RR wheel well and behind the RF wheel well. Left side is good.

My friend was scared off by the rust. She really needs something that needs nothing, which for her budget might prove impossible. If you have a friend that wants to try COM, this looks like a good cheap way to do it. The rust is not hard to repair, you can buy a patch to weld in. If I didn't have enough to do I'd buy this, fix the rust and flip it.

I will check Expoline, past experience kept me from doing so. Maybe he has winter prices now...

Buy the car, sell hardtop for $900, rollbar for $300... You got yourself a $900 Miata. With a fresh 1.8 swap... sounds really, really good.

Tom I think I have a friend who is selling his.
I will get the details and pass it on to you via e-mail.
I cannot believe I am helping selling a *&%@# M---a ... but I know it will NOT be used on track so for now it's my "excuse"
