"Reason for selling: seeking a car that can pass the broomstick rule
"

Questions:
If the car can't pass broomstick rule why then are you selling in this? for Non-track events? Is the car street worthy? selling only to people with smaller stature?
Would you not rather fix the issue and continue driving the car for track events?

Please clarify.

The car runs very well. I am 6'2 and mostly that is torso  . For me to make the car work for HPDE events, I need to get seats and harnesses and change the shape of the floor pan and likely also the transmission tunnel. The car would be great for anyone wanting to do AutoX which does not have to meet the broomstick rule. It would also be a very good car for someone who wanted to do HPDE events that was shorter than I am. The car is street able and ready for inspection depending on which state you wanted to register it in. Every state has its own regulatory requirements. This car was last registered in RI. It met their requirements. I do not know it will me every state's requirements.

Since the car needed seats and harnesses to make it work for the events I want (HPDE) to do, I decided to sell the car so that I could focus my search on getting a car more specifically intended for the types of events I want (HPDE) to do. I really enjoy the Miata car.

I hope that answers your questions Stephen
