Driving near my home in Merrimack I saw this car dolly with disc brakes FS.
It's made by this company:
http://cartowdolly.com/
Here are some pictures and the lady said it belongs to her Dad called Wally and left a phone number which seems to be a fax number so if interested send me a PM and I got know on their doors to have them contact you.

Be very careful of using tow dollies without a turntable.Sure, you can leave your tow vehicles steering unlocked, but risk the tires squirming out from under the tie down straps. I've used a lot of tow dollys (still do once a week to go to the auctions) and won't ever go back to one without a turntable, and drum brakes last forever on them. Surge brakes? Talk about old school. With electric brakes, you can adjust the amount of braking needed.(based on load and weather conditions) A brand new Master Tow HD80 unit (good for 5k.lbs) is about $950,by the way.(there is a dealer in NH that sells them for this price)
Just my humble opinion...

as stated it does not look to have a pivot point in it, this could be dangerous. i could easily built this design but would not due to it being unsafe. im sure it works just fine for the around town trip however, a long haul could prove otherwise.

edited: side note, it has a surge coupler because that is the only inexpensive way to do hydraulic disk brakes

The number I had reached is a fax machine Sam. I will try to pass there between now and ???
Meantime, if you wan to go see it and maybe know on the door and talk to them, they are on the corner of Baboosic Lake and either Bambi Trail or Marty Drive. From you house take Meetinghouse to McQuestion, and a left and keep going until pass the lights when you reach Baboosic Lake, pass the Merrimack Jr. HS, then follow 2-3 blocks to your right. The dolly trailer is on a corner house.

Here's more info:
Sam saw it and it's out of his budget.
Owner (Wally) is asking $1,500 but will let go for $1,000
Has 2 sets of straps
Has less than 1800 miles of use
Owner is retired and has problem backing it up with his humongous motor home.
Its located in the corner of Baboosic lake rd and Bambi in Merrimack
