These are off my 2004 Mazdaspeed Miata with 23k miles on the shocks and 500 miles on the H&R race springs.Never seen winter weather as the car was a Texas car before I bought it and now lives indoors.These will drop a Miata about 2" all around,with a 12.5" ride height.The ride quality is firm,but not teeth jarring at all.The Bilsteins worked very well and are OEM Mazdaspeed units. The spring rates are 325frt/300rear and are the race springs,not the sport springs. The car handled very well with them and I almost regret spending the money to replace them as it did not really change the cars handling that much, considering the cost. Guaranteeed to be perfect with no imperfections. I can deliver to NHMS4 or they can be shipped ($$) or picked up in central Ma.Price is $400.

I'm interested, just let me research a bit and see what happens if I install these on a '91 NA style car.

Those are factory Mazdaspeed NB top hats?

From what I have read the stock NB shock lengths and springs are different than NA's; typically an NB setup will increase ride height when installed on an NA; but with the HR lowering springs it might be a wash.

Were the lowering springs installed with shorter bump stops or anything like that?

Stock NB hats.Stock (NB) Mazdaspeed Miata bump stops. No shorter stops needed as they run at 12.5"-13" of travel.I never bottomed them out,ever.
