Country Location: House for Rent

My rental is available on March 1. 2 miles off Everett Turnpike, 7 miles North of Nashua.
3 bedroom, 1 bath, large kitchen, laundry room, large dining area, HUGE living room (bring your 10 pc living room set and your 8 foot large screen TV (
). 22' x 14' deck with sliders off dining area.
50'x24' cement pad to share with me for repairs, etc. Parking for up to a 24' enclosed trailer and 2 vehicles. I have an 8500 watt gen all wired in and run both houses, you never know you have no electric!
Got a horse to board? Bring it along! 1/3 of the dry celler with drive in capability goes with the house (my tires, tools, horse cart, Kubota, etc take up the other 2/3). Pets open to discussion. Wild parties? Not unless I am invited!
House is available for $1250/ month plus heat (oil fired baseboard) and a flat $100/month electric.
