i am in search of a big garage space to rent so i can build a new trailer. i have all tools needed including the welder. the welder requires a 60 amp 220v outlet that i can put in if needed. how big you may ask, the bed of the trailer is going to be 24' not including the tongue and the last 4' being a beaver tail.

i expect it will take me 2 weeks total to make, this may vary if the space being used is a long drive away. the closer the garage the faster it can be done. i really only need to do the frame, axles, fenders,tongue and lights to be able to tow it away, i can finish the rest at my house outside including the painting.

i found a place last night but it needs a LOT of cleaning to make it usable. im going to run with that unless something better comes along.

AH gotcha. I'm just over the border in maine. If you were on the coast you could use mine.
