If the real Mini shows up, I'll bring the TR in race colors. We're heading out to Watkins the next day so it will be set up with rollbar, etc.

Craig, PM me your telephone. I want to pick the display up on Saturday. Next Wednesday is to close in and I amy tied up on Thursday and Friday.

Also may not make the BOD on Wednesday.

Sam, as a suggestion, get there EARLY!!! That way you have a better chance at getting a good spot for the display.

What time are we supposed to arrive? I have an EZ Up canopy I can bring if you think we might need it.

I will be there before the gates open at 800AM. I am bringing my Checkered flag easy up, so we are all set. Will need help setting up the banners, TV, etc.

Any one with tapes and DVDs will be welcome! I will be at the BOD meeting on Wednesday if any of the BOD can provide me with media.

I'll be glad to help set up, can you get me in early as well? If not I'll try to get there early enough so I'll be near the front of the line.

The whole bunch can get in at 800-830. That gives us 2 hours to set up.
