Just to close the loop on this.....I went out to T1 with Will to move the cones further back at 1. The result was better, but cars were still punting cones..
...I still feel they shouldn't be there at all, but I have already done my whining about it.

For sure it was better. Thanks, guys!
(I think 5 cones would be sufficient, rather than the forest or so.)

I took out 4, but it was Troy's fault.

Well, that settles it. I ask the guy to help me move the cones in one, I move them further back than he places them, and the whining continues.
From this day forward, I declare the inevitable fuster-cluck of cones at T1 to be known as "Troy's Cones". This way, everyone will know exactly which cones people are talking about.
For example:
Driver 1: Did you hear what happened to the mostly-red Nissan Sentra during the time trial?
Driver 2: No, what happened?!?!?!
Driver 1: On his out-lap he spun and took out about a dozen of Troy's cones.
Driver 2: Oh no, not turn one again!! Say, didn't that guy pop his motor in the morning, again?
Driver 1: Nope, I'm talking about the other red Nissan Sentra.
Driver 2: Oh no!
Driver 1: I knowwwww!!!!!!!!

BTW - I saw Troy's car run into the "turn-in" cones in Turn 6. And I think they are very close to being in the dirt!!!
Can you fix those cones too?

Will please be more concise in your postings. I would appreciate you providing at least the Driver Number when you refer to a "mostly-red Nissan Sentra".
Thank you -

As were cars #41 and #29 mostly red Nissan Sentras. And #41 and #29 beat #3.
Thanks for the use of your car AND for securing the battery for my run Mark.

Not when you compare first lap.
Geez. Where is the love? I would never puplicly mention all the times I beat a Sentra owner in his own car after he was kind enough to let me borrow it.
