Just think Scott, you were picking on me for the wine instead of beer.

Will we be allowed to bring our own stuff to the hospitality suite???
If yes I can bring a batch of caipirinhas (with cachaça), caipiroska (with vodka) or caipirissima (with rum). Oh gosh, this will "calibrate" everyone for dinner... maybe I'll just bring a sample or what I owe Lee...
I did not think we could bring our own stuff other than "maybe" a few beers. What is the hotel policy on this???

In past years, the hospitality suite has offered cheese & cracker assortments, some hot hors d'oeuvres, water, & coffee (I think). No waitstaff, no bartender. Alcohol has been BYOB (or in Stephan's case, BYOC ;)). There are bound to be a few COM guys there with coolers. As long as the Anheuser-Busch truck doesn't pull up with your delivery, I'd imagine you'll be all set. :)

Ever notice, the longest threads on the Forum involve Rules, Car Classification, or Food/Alcohol. By the way, real men eat Quiche and drive Buicks with automatic transmissions (or Subarus) because they don't have to prove they are a man.....least that is what the book said.

So what shall us prone-racing Formula drivers drink, Gary?

I expect Scott (Porsche driver) to bring the Quiche.

Everyone knows Porsche 914s are the illegitimate stepchild to real Porsche enthusiasts. Being a glorified VW (that handles incredibly!) I'll be bringing the Meister Brau...an almost undrinkable beer. :fart:
