How many shifts do you take for one fast lap at WH?

My count is at 9, but hope to have a better plan in Aug. In watching my videos I left a lot of time at almost every corner, with quicker corners maybe I'll have less shifts. Due to the hills it may not change the count, I'm in 3rd or 4th except for climbing the little stretch of hill from 4-5 where I'm down to 2nd.
