I separated my right shoulder in a mountain bike crash. Stupid gravity!
At least the bike is OK.

Quit whinning. I had a rotated cuff, torn ligaments in my left shoulder resultant from a Brazilian Jiu-Jistsu class and still wnet to WGI... Maybe that's why I lost by 0.036 s...

it wouldn't be a problem if my car only generated .5G, but the massive forces that the Miata generate might cause more damage.

Been there, done that.

Remember back in '02 (or was it '03) when I was in a points race with Lee, and had to run at Loudon two weeks after doing what you did? I remember heving to use my left thigh onn the bottom of the steering wheel to help gain torque on the wheel in turn 6. I had surgery in the off season, but it's never been the same since.
