Palmer Motorsport Park Investment

Post by brucesallen » Wed Jun 27, 2007 8:24 pm

The SCCA New England Region's Palmer Motorsports Park in Palmer Mass. will soon likely have all building permits and therefore has started to look for qualified substantial private equity investors. If you know of someone that might be interested steer them to me. bruce at brucesallen dot com 603-394-7542.

Bruce:
What sort of investments they are looking for?
Members like those offered at Tamworth?
Portfolio investors?
Can a pool of people pitch in and offer? If so what are the VC (Venture Capital) information?

The Web site has no informatin because we keeping a low profile regarding the public.
PMP has taken a very conservative approach to avoid the pitfalls of others. This is not a membership club like Tamworth. Equity capital investment only. At this time almost all revenues are planned only from renting the track to clubs like SCCA and COMSCC. PMP does not plan to take any investment money until construction special permits are in hand. Investors must be high net worth "qualified investors" and the minimum investment amount is large to limit the number of investors to a small group.
