HA! So that's when you stumbled on those Blizzacks!! I actually drove back from Patterson, NJ the car that JayBay and I will be working up. I wouldn't dare put pics of it here!
Oh, any chance you have a ratty set of 17x7.5 +48 wheels laying around?

No, this car came with badly curbed 16" Legacy wheels and mis-matched tires that aren't even road worthy. I have a few sets of wheels that I could sell, but none are 17x7.5.

Awesome!
I was thinking that an "old" RS '99-00, would make an fun RallyCross car, but it's not like I need another hobby (and car).
Always liked those RS's.
What's the plan? I assume SPB, or PB?

SPB. We're not going to get too crazy with it. It has a 2.5 liter STi motor in it right now. The car didn't come with a transmission, so we're trying to source an STi 6-speed and rear differential. We'll have to look at the rules again to see what we can and cannot remove for weight savings.

Paddy and I made a little progress this afternoon. I picked up an Autopower 6pt cage yesterday. We mocked up the cage, Recaro, and installed the Sparco wheel (sorry no pics of the wheel).

That's a weird way to install the rear suspension, but ok!
