Suggest Concord Motorsport Service for highest quality work (not lowest price). Very good equipment, Hunter Roadforce balancer, comfortable with track tires. Contact Justin at 603-798-3700.

Thanks Jeff. I take some things to Scott, and to Dan next door to him. But for tire balancing I'm looking around to find something closer to home.

Any other suggestions? Went by that shop today and they were closed. No response from Justin at that number. Need someone who is not intimated and can mount and properly balance wide Z06 slicks on 18x13" wheels.

Have you tried 3D Autoworks in Hudson? David & his dad have been mounting race tires for a long time.

Also Vintage Sports & Restoration, a bit closer to Concord.

I also wonder where once could get wheels checked. I have some RAY'S that appear straight. But the tire tread seems a bit out of round. I assume fully forged wheels can be straightened more easily than cast. I am not that far from Concord NH, although really I am near the seacoast. The local tire rack suggested shop has a hunter road force machine, but I am not happy at high speed. Sorry for the thread hijack, but it's related?

Wound up going to tire warehouse in Hooksett. It is one of those cheapie chain tire places. Honestly the best and quickest service I have ever had. No problem mounting and balancing my slicks either. Can't say enough about them. Don't bother spending more money at a fancier shop! They have the hunter road force balancer too.
