Currently, the Hoosier R7 is at 6 points, the SM7 is at 5 points, and the A7 is at 10 points.
Proposal 2: Change the R7 to 7 points
The 1 point swing accounts for the R7’s performance advantage over the SM7 and places it 3 points behind the A7, which is justified given its extreme performance in cool weather.
