New- never bolted to a hub. This is the Cadillac of fender rollers. I'm more of a Yugo of fender rollers type guy (otherwise known as a Louisville Slugger). This is on sale at Eastwood right now for about $136 shipped. You can have mine for $100 delivered to NHMS or picked up at Fastrack in Peabody.
