Thanks. Yes, the driving got better. Not only less braking, but better release of the pedal too - something that Ross Bently spoke about as a 'secret' at a seminar years ago. The 225 A6 vs 205 R6 likely helped a bit in the corners too, though honestly not nearly as much as I would have thought.Mick wrote:Wow, it's not all motor. You're not braking as deep and as a result have much better average mid corner speeds now. Especially in 8 and 10. Nice work!
I don't think you can with the OBD1 cars and standard Aim Solo. Aim has an Solo OBD2 model now, that extracts any info available through the connection as far as I know.WillM wrote: *EDIT* - You gents with the Aim Solo & video. Is there no way to get RPM's or throttle position on the video? Way more important, telling, and educational than speed, IMHO.
That's a great time for your power to weight!paseobeater wrote:I'm really curious![]()
I want to know about how much hp and how much weight your car have and what was you best lap?
If you have the Solo DL connected via OBD-II yes, but for the base model or OBD-I cars no. If you are logging the throttle and RPM data via another system then you can combine it all using RaceRender - not sure how well it would all sync up, but it can be done.WillM wrote: *EDIT* - You gents with the Aim Solo & video. I use Dashware: http://www.dashware.netjeffw wrote:What are you all using to render data with the video? Any tips?
+1 for RaceRender. You can create your own gages with it too. Aim Solo DL is the bomb!Mick wrote:I use RaceRender
