Re: Cool shot of Bruce
He didn't just look cool. I could not believe how hooked up he and the car were through turn 3 and the rest of the track...
1:06 laps. After turn in on turn 3 the car accelerated up the hill with no modulation of the throttle or loss of grip with the tires...absolutely hooked up. Sounded like he was accelerating in a straight line. Just like my Mustang...last night in my dreams.
Did you catch the cool blue vee in 3rd place for most of the race? When it grows up it'll be a FA car.

Re: Cool shot of Bruce
Knowing the way SCCA classifies cars...it will probably be a FA car next week...with 100 less hp.
The Greased Shadow
May I have that picture file please?
That race on the 28th: qualifying was 1:06 but the race started mostly dry with 1:14 lap times and finished a shortened race in heavy rain-- on slicks. 1:24 lap times and boy was the oval slick!
NER SCCA instituted an FSCCA class at the Pig Roast in July. Cheap Date double next weekend at NHIS.
See you guys at cheap date, and maybe the 9/25-26 COM event if Carl gets back to me.

I can't believe the scca forced my group out on rains, eventhough there was a clear, dry line on the track.
