I have been thinking about changing class and going to SSU with it ( but I think in my advanced state of old age, it is too fast for me ). After all my first event with Com I did with my new C5 Z06 many years ago.

How much for a 2-day rental? No, I won't be needing the "repair" plate....

Tom ---- I drive it on a motorcycle dealer plate--- yes it's legal No repair plate---I have one but it is not legal for me to use it for personnel use. ---- Two day rental is only $36,000 with a $4,999 security deposit

Mike, I'd love to take the Corvette to a COM event but I won't for the same reason I didn't use the C5 Z06 ---- I don't feel safe at the speed they can do with out a roll bar, seat and harnesses. I know I'm old and don't drive that fast, but I drive fast enough to scare myself.

The Corvette has been sold but I have a nice 1962 Alfa 2600 Spider with only 56,000 k (35,000 miles) on it since new. Dark Red with black interior.
