I got an email from Will today to go update my profile (Thanks Will!). That reminded me that I had tried to when I paid my membership earlier this year and it won't let me edit my profile because my state is not an approved state (it's blank). My userid there is also jrussell, and my state is VT.
I couldn't find a logical person listed on the COM website to send this to, so hopefully that person(s) cruises the forum occasionally. Thanks!
Here is the actual error I get if someone is able to lend a hand:
Server Error in '/comscc' Application.

Member profile DB/App problem?
Re: Member profile DB/App problem?
Jason,
I hope you get this taken care of because we need more rotaries!
I'm certain someone will assist you very shortly.

Re: Member profile DB/App problem?
Thanks for reporting the problem, it is a bug (shortcoming) in the drop-down list of STATE CODES -- it bombs if it finds a NULL value in the database.
NOTE: To have COM mail you stuff, please make sure your online profile has your current mailing address (name, street, state/province, postal code).
If anyone has problems editing their profile you can use the "contact us" link at the bottom of the reg site home page, or post here, both will work.
Thanks.

Re: Member profile DB/App problem?
Thanks Fred, edited and updated without a problem now.
Carl, I plan on making at least one event this year, and hopefully two. Probably the "away" tracks since everything is away from here. Unfortunately I won't be ready for Mosport. I really hope to make it there though in the future, as I've not driven there yet. I always look forward to Tremblant since that was my first event with COM back in 1998 or so, but I see that's on an alternating schedule now... understandably.
