Please forgive me as this may be a very basic question to some; Reading the rules, the Street Prepared class strikes me as somewhat of a catch-all category recognizing that it is impossible to classify everyone differently based on infinite mod variables. I have a 1998 M3 that appears to fit in the Street Touring category with the exception of 1) no cats, and 2) OBD1 manifold, Dinan throttle body and MAF. Am I correct that I'll be in with Street Prepared? My guess is that I won't be competitive but thats okay for now as I am very much beginning.
Many thanks
David

Re: Car Classification
You are correct about your placement into SPB.
I never thought of SP as a catch-all. SP is basically where you land if you have any engine mods.
FP might be the catch-all.
And by the way, your car in your finely tuned grasp could be competitive.

Re: Car Classification
Gotcha, thanks. And thanks for the thoughts on the car, good to know, although I'm sure I have a long way to go before I can use it to its potential (further mods will be to the driver
