WGI gas

Post by BBQman » Thu Sep 02, 2010 3:39 pm

I haven't been to WGI since 2003, and I can't remember if they had pumps available for track days as ours?
If not, were is the closest 94?

See ya there!

Last year I think they had 112 octane leaded and 110 octane unleaded available at the track.

I just heard that if you continue past the track entrance (on your left) that there is an Irving gas station a mile or two down the road with ethanol-free gasoline.

I just got off the phone with operations at WGI and the track has the following available:

112 octane leaded and 100 octane unleaded

If you require more than 100 octane unleaded, you will need to bring it with you to the track.

There are two places on the site that have reported 110 octane unleaded would be available.

Unless the track operations folks are wrong, plan accordingly.

See you there.
