Here's an interesting reply from NER PCA regarding Mont Tremblant.
Alex,

Sorry for the error.

It is being corrected and in fact I'm letting our people know that they can have 5 days be starting with COM and if you wish you can let your drivers know they can do the opposite.

Best,

Here are the additional days some people are looking for, adjacent days to the COM event no less.

Nice, Alex. That would be really sweet. Maybe I'll try to swing an extra day and run with PCA.

I'd have to go in with a fresh set of tires to do that though - damn 3200lb tire, brake, and tree eating Slowbaru!

Raj, maybe with 5 days of consecutive track time you could close up that 2.6 second gap you had behind me at Tremblant this past year. Wow!

The NER PCA welcomes COM members (non-porsche owners) to join its Mont Tremlant events.

However, I am not certain about non Mont Tremblant events.

do you know how that is done? registration for the Porsche Tremblant event is being handled by the Conneticut valley region which defintely has a porsche only policy, to even access the registratiuon page you need a Porsche club member number. I have emailed Porsche Northeast but have not received a reply

Hi Keith,

I just had an email exchange with NER PCA about this.

Currently, 3 PCA regions are working this out. NER PCA is suggesting to open registration to non-PCA members after April 1st, 2006. The suggestion is not final yet and I will hear back from NER PCA sometime in the next few weeks.

I will post more information about this when I receive it.

In general, PCA policies vary by region.

I instruct with the CVR PCA, and did their events last year at LCMT and WGI, both of which were contiguous with COM. Their official policy to let in other marques if there are available spots. Most of their events are at lime rock, which tends to fill up very fast with porsches, hence the restrictive policies. But in general, they're a great group to run with.

the NER region accepts BMWCCA members with equal priority to out of region PCA members. They're also a good group.

For the PCA MT event in August, I suggest registering with the CV-PCA after March 31st. The PCA member number is not required for registration, according to who I spoke to at PCA. I also suggest following up with an email to the CV-PCA registrar to confirm your registration status.

edit:
For the http://www.cvrpca.org user registration, in the following fields, just enter the following:
PCA Region: NER (the actual region name does not matter)
PCA Number: 11111 (the actual number does not matter)
Exp Date: 111 (the actual number does not matter)
