Rules file corrupted?

I cannot get into the Acrobat version of the rules with the full markup (the larger file). Is anyone else having that problem? I've tried from a couple different internet connections and have checked all my settings.

I had a similar problem but thought it was just my computer. When I tried to view it in my web browser I got an error. If I download it to my desktop it opens fine though.

Try this:
Right click on the link and choose 'Save target as...'. Save it to your hard drive then open it from there. Did the trick for me.
