FWIW I have a couple (driver and passenger) of 5-point Simpson latch and link set that I am parting with. Manufacture is May 2001. How long are they good for anyway?
I have a new set I am installing with new seats so if they are still valid make a small offer.

It depends on their certification. SFI 2 years, FIA 5 years. DOT no expiriation date.StephanAlfa wrote:FWIW I have a couple (driver and passenger) of 5-point Simpson latch and link set that I am parting with. Manufacture is May 2001. How long are they good for anyway?

I am thinking they are expired and any bid is a bit too much.

I just bought two 5 point SFI G-Force harnesses from Summit Racing for $69.95 each set. Bolt in ends,or you can wrap the shoulder straps on the cross bar. They mounted up perfectly to my stock belt anchors and actually are quite comfortable and easy to use.Latch style, but simple.
And legal.
Summit is super-fast on shipping (two days max) and they let you know if something is out of stock right on the website.
They also have an excellent return policy.

Right... so they will be FREE for anyone interested for pick-up either at next event or make arrangements with me when I have it out of the car sometime before WGI.chaos4NH wrote:It depends on their certification.
