Re: 2020 TT Season
I find myself middling on these issues. I don't live in a highly affected city, but I live in MA and it's all around us. I feel that events could be held with licensed members and previously signed-off members with TT experience. I don't see how you're going to justify in-car supervision, or even in...

Re: Racing Brain
Ken, thats probably because of the grip-induced nausea to which people riding shotgun in vettes seem to succumb. I think Lester gave me my license just to avoid riding with me again.

Racing Brain
Anyone have interesting stories of how your racing experience saved you on the street? I narrowly escaped a crunched bumper and embarrassment this morning in my E36 DD (no ASC) on an onramp (it looked dry?). I don't think I would have steered out of that spin so instinctively a few years ago. Racing...

Jeff,
What configuration do they run? Dare I say... Grand course?
There's a chance I could do this, timing is right.

Re: Laura Fleming
Probably like many of you, Laura's situation makes me feel powerless to help, but prayer is action and it does help. Let's take a minute to focus on Laura in the coming days and give her our strength.

LMC5 Steering Column Lock Module
For C5 owners. If you don't know what this is, look it up before you're stranded. I bought one only to find out that my car already had one installed. Free to anyone who needs it, I'll be at Thompson.

Re: Un-titled, unregistered track car border crossing
I'll second the thought on the narrow "car" lanes - if there was any traffic I would have been in trouble because I had to back up and make a second run at it, entering the next lane to do it. Still think it was faster than the truck lanes. Also hit a construction sign in Montreal, (weird ...

I have some trailer space
Crossing my fingers and not bringing rain tires, so I have some room in the trailer. I can take a set or two (or four miata sets ) if anyone needs to get stuff up to MT, and if you can get them to Shrewsbury on Saturday.

Re: Planning Tremblant
Thanks for all the info - what about trailer and car? Registration of course for the tow vehicle and trailer, what else might I need? I don't have a current registration or plates for the car, but I have a title. How much paperwork are they going to want to see? I heard no full gas cans? What else c...

Planning Tremblant
So I have the family up from Sunday to Thursday. I know what I'll be doing Monday and Tuesday but I wanted to plan out some activities for them. I see there's Club Plage Tennis and Beach club with reasonable daily rates, is there a lot to do in the village? We're staying at Chateau Beauvallon on Mon...

Re: Palmer 1: June 2-3, 2018 Event Info
While we're talking hobbies, I mean besides the racecar one, I'll be bringing my 4K VR rig (camera, tripod, and battery/control box case) up to the track on Sunday. I'd like to plant it on 10 on drivers left (out of the way, I like my camera) to capture approach to 4/5, turn 10 and if I'm not mistak...
