Re: miata wheels

You can fit 8" wheels without rolling the fenders (I run15 x 8 +35 without issue). You can run a 225 on 9" if you roll the fenders. These guys specialize in Miatas and do up to 10" (15 x 8" is +36mm offset). http://949racing.com/15-wheels.aspx Might want to give them a call for a...

Re: New Rules - Tech, Policing, and Scrutineers

I'm one of those who got alerted to the proposed rules change via the survey. I'm also one who believes my competition (touring class) should be those who run similar lap times to me. The proposed rules seem to accomplish this better than the current ruleset. Am I going to: A) See another survey B) ...

Jeff,

Call Woody at The Wedge Shop, he's done the Rovers & Buicks in TR7/8's for years. He knows the primary failure points (cooling) and has the fixes. Also stocks headers, urethane suspension bushings and all things Wedgy.

Re: hard dog rollbar installation

Want a set of Hard Dog Door Bars to help out that chassis? They integrate nicley with the HD roll bar and help stiffen the floorpan quite a bit. I just finished removing my Hard Dog roll bar, door bars, soft top, etc. to prep for a cage. They'll all be up on the classified section soon. Shoot me a P...

I assume this is a Nate question? 2011 RULES, REGULATIONS, AND CAR CLASSIFICATIONS VI. Car Requirements Page 9 5. In all classes, interior panels may be modified or remov...

I got the ISC Delrin front uppers to dial in some more camber @ streetable ride height. I'm on the 3rd season and have put about 14K miles on them. They do get creaky but the zerks supplied with the kit do an adequate job of delivering the grease where & when it's needed. A little more maintenan...
