Does anyone have experience with the Hawk HP + pads? I found them so abnoxiously squealy (at LRP last year) that I can't see using them at Calabogie. I called Hawk today to ask if maybe I had caused the problem myself (during break in - long story), but the tech said probably not, they are just loud...

I have some steel wheels (with old snows mounted) for an '87 VW which I think fit the Mazdas. Either 14" or maybe 13". And I have some nice American Racing 14" wheels (with old race rubber).
Would these work for you?

The cool thing about two-wheelers is that you only hit half of the bumps! But, excursions into the sand tended to be kind of disastrous...
The best I saw under the bridge was 131 - on my 60 hp Yamaha.

Do you have a rollbar to mount it to? If not:
I made sort of a wooden box which I skewer with the passenger headrest supports and mount the camera on a tilting table attached to that box. It works great. Tell me if you want more details, good luck, Michael
