Need a contact made to my instructor--

As darkness fell over Lime Rock I hurried to get my car loaded and all my gear aboard the truck. I then took a walk to look for my instructor and ask him to document my dat in the logbook. I didn't find him, his car was covered and the area was quiet.
I have burned a copy of the log page and would send it out to be completed, with return post and envelope, if I could get a contact address.
I don't expect it posted publicly, but if anyone could help me out with a phone message, I need an address that will get to Dan Croteau. I can be reached at 508-221-8570. Thanks.
