Land & Sea Dynomite dyno acceptable?

Post by jvangelder » Fri Apr 01, 2016 9:43 am

Im moving to SB for this year and am scheduling my dyno pulls for compliance and wanted to be sure this type of dyno was acceptable. Its a Land and sea Dynomite AWD dyno at Kinetic Motorworks in NH. I didn't see it specifically called out in the rules, but also didn't see that any type of dyno listed wasn't acceptable so am unsure

Thanks

Your best bet is to email Nick at rules@comscc.org

A quick google doesn't show that NASA has any sort of dyno adjustment documented for the dynomite dyno. If you could do some research to show some data about how it compares with other dynos that'd be useful.

Nick said I can use the dyno, I just don't get the advantageous adjustment factors other dynos get.
