2016 COMSCC - Rules Now Available - UPDATED

The 2016 Rules are available online at this location: http://www.comscc.org/rules/
We are still working on getting the Excel Classification Tool updated. As soon as it is available I will respond to this post. The BOD wanted to get this info to membership as quickly as possible so we decided to share the text document without the classification tool being complete.

Nick Fontana has prepared a summary of the changes for 2016 which starts on Page 5 of the document.
