COM BBQ at NH3 Last Call for sign up

The sign up for the COM BBQ for NH 3 after the 4th Annual Relay Rally will end on Sunday the 27th. If you forgot to sign, Do it now. If you did not know about it. Do it now. I am planning on having plenty of food as I always do but I need to get an accurate count as to how many will attend. I usually have a few last minute add ons at the drivers meetings but I might have to turn some away if there are to many and not enough food for all. The preliminary menu has been posted and as many of you know I always bring items that are not listed.

The rally will conclude by 7:30 and the BBQ begins, so bring your appetite and chow down.

Also, the sign up for Thompson is open. The menu will be posted after NH3 ends or you can just sign up early.
