51+ Modification Points and window nets

I have a car with 55 modification points. I was thinking I'd just install a car-specific roll bar, harnesses, and seats and be all set for 2014. Section V, Part 6, Subsection m. says that I need a window net or arm restraints. Since the roll bar I am looking at does not have door bars, the way I'm interpreting the rules, am I good to go if I get some arm restraints?

6. e. ". Roll bars are required in all Super Class cars, cars that have acquired 51 or more Touring Class
Modification Assessment Points, cars that have acquired 16 or more Touring Class Engine Modification
Assessment Points, and in all convertible and open cars regardless of class"

6 m. "Window nets/arm restraints are permitted in all classes. In addition, for all Super Class cars, cars
that have acquired 51 or more Touring Class Modification Assessment points, or cars that have
acquired 16 or more Touring Class Engine Modification Assessment Points either window nets or
arm restraints are required."

I think you are covered with the arm restraints per the rule as it is written.
