In the classification tool there are 2 lines, each with a 3 point assessment for:
+3 : Modification of suspension pick up point including control arm, dampers, springs, endlinks, toe arms, steering arms FRONT
+3 : Modification of suspension pick up point including control arm, dampers, springs, endlinks, toe arms, steering arms REAR
My front and rear sway bar end link pick up points are reinforced but not relocated. 6 points seems awfully steep for reinforcements, so I assume the intent of this is to add +3 points for those who relocate suspension pick up points. Correct? If so, maybe this should be clarified to say Relocation as opposed to Modification.

Darcy must have sneaked that in there to make sure your E30 classes higher than his Lotus.

Re: +6 for suspension pick up modification?
Another question. I have fixed camber plates so I took this point. This applies to fixed plates as well as adjustable, right?
+1 : Non-Factory Trim suspension components allowing adjustment of alignment settings, provided suspension mounting points are unaltered, including adjustable control arms, camber plates, caster adjustment, etc.

My reinforcements are honed from solid steel blocks and weigh 85lbs per corner.TroyV wrote:Darcy must have sneaked that in there to make sure your E30 classes higher than his Lotus.

Mick - sway bar end links are 0 points, per a more specific rule on that particular item. Camber plates, even non-adjustable, take the point.
