Hi everyone,
I have a bit of an odd request for you all, As you may or may not know I am in hte process of building a new track car, its a 1990 Audi V8 Quattro. I have reached the point in the development that I need to know what wheel and tire setup I will be running. Wiht this in mind I have several options and I need to borrow some parts to check some things out.
It looks like I can squeeze 315's in teh rear and up to 295's up front, howevver my initial target is probably 275's all round to keep things simple and then step up the rears if I need more corner exit grip.
Specifically I am looking for wheels with tires on to test fit:
a) BMW 5x120 et 20 17x8 & 17x10, as well as 18x8 and 18x10 (both of which are OEM sizes for M3 & M5)
b) Chevy Corvette/camaro SS 5x4.74" et 55(or et 32 or close) 17x9 (Stock Front), 17x10(Stock Rear), 18x9 & 19x10 (newer Vettes)
c) Ford Mustang in similar sizes.
I will only need them for a couple of days to take measurements to allow me to make decisions on which hubs and brakes I will be running.
Please shoot me an e-mail at haydn_taylor@hotmail.com if you can help. the closer to Portsmouth NH you ar ethe better but I dont mind travelling a bit to find these.
Oh and if you have any to sell that may be an option too.
Many thanks hopefully and I look forward to gettign this thing on the track next year at some point.

Looking to borrow BMW, Vette & Mustand wheels for test f
My dad has a set of '96 Collector's Edition wheels (silver painted ZR1-style) that he's been trying to sell. Send him an e-mail at beast91vette@yahoo.com and mention COMSCC. He can confirm the dimensions as the ZR1 and CE had different widths and I'm not sure which ones he has.
