David -
Don't bother detailing it, but please do get it tuned since it hasn't had the HP since the hit.

I'll be down to get it this afternoon or can you just have it delivered to Concord?

Remember the cost isn't a factor.

are you sure about the detailing ???? it's only 200 dollars and the car would take a good shine after it's all buffed out with 2 coats of wax . the simonizing kit is only 75 dollars more .that would be the best way to go and i will only charge the cost for of the kit ! so the grand total would only be 275.00 dollars for the detailing .

Since it is only $275 go ahead and do it.

Are you going to hand letter the class and numbers since they were removed when you painted the car?

Jeeez Mark, had I known you were going for a concourse automobile, I would have unloaded both barrels of double 0 buck into the trunk lid!

Great job at a fantastic price! Thanks Dave!
Not bad for a nine year old truck, right?

I have no "before" pictures. It's a 2002 with 100,000 miles. I picked it up (used, obviously) three weeks ago and immediately delivered it to Dave. I asked if he could make it look like new.
Dave repaired a dent on the right rear side panel, outside the bed area.
He repainted the right rear, and repainted both front fenders which had failed paint.
He also touched up the rear bumper and gate, and then performed a full detail.
This is the second job I've had him do, he repaired a minor rust issue on my RX8 two years ago, something I wanted to do before it got out of hand. The repair and paint match was excellent. I'll be bringing over my Porsche soon for a new front air dam/ spoiler.

Thanks Carl. The truck does look great.

Dave, I can't do anything this winter (car in storage already); but where is your shop? I'll introduce myself and show you my car at a future event sometime. - Paul G.

David –

Great news to hear that you and your friend got the roll cage in the car.

I guess your ingenious idea of freezing the cage (with dry ice) and heating the car with hot water worked.
