My manual stated 120 for steel and 85 for aluminum. 85 is likely plenty sufficient preload on the lug but the steel wheels have more flex which I think is the reason for the higher torque. Even at 120 they do need to be retorqued after 50 miles (I do it at my next stop) you'd be surprised by how much they lose.
