thanks, Sam, I got Brians message. I,ll ring u too.

My former local shop totally **** my TR6 this winter, so
I had to kill him. Cost me over 40 hours and 800 dollars to fix....

I hear you Jeff. Not many "local" shops I trust with my cars or $$$. My new local shop will be in Henniker when the owner gets his full service facility up and running. He is a great fabricator. When he has given notice at his present place I will be glad to recommend him to the club.

Update.

We got the unimpressive shop error corrected, thanks for the rapid feedback.

Smurf is completely stripped and I have enough tagged and bagged parts in the garage that I had to install a ladder and upstairs storage - really.

Swapping the suspension was a nightmare - the black car had enough rust on the suspension bolts, etc that about 1/3 of them had to be cut, ground or drilled off. What should have been a 2-day job has turned into a 7-day job. Both front hubs were shot, both lower ball joints were shot, one tie rod end was replaced.

This weekend is the big push on tidying up details - calipers, discs, pads, clutch slave and line, etc.

We have an alignment appointment on Wednesday, thanks to Scott R. being so accommodating, and we're close enough that we pinged Mark for a late entry opportunity.

I HOPE we will see you all at NHMS!
